Offshore Support Centre

Based out of chennai our Offshore Support Centre has a dedicated development and support centre consisting of personnels from Functional, Technical and Database Administrators. They handle all calls through support desk and ticket system. They provide support to customers spread across the globe.

Application Solution Delivery

Requirement analysis, conceptualization, solution design, development, delivery, implementation and warranty support for Enterprise and add-on solutions.

Infrastructure Service Delivery

Responsible for organization IT infrastructure, upkeep of servers, networks, database, desktops. They liaison with data centre operators / vendors. They provide support from offshore.
