How we implement

Kumanti Consulting follows Unified Method, an approach that is rapid, broadly adaptive and business focused. This includes a comprehensive project management framework to support growing focus on organization level IT strategy and governance. As such its flexible and scalable. This method has been developed with the intent that the approach for a given project be ‚built up from a core set of activities to implement an appropriate level of discipline, rather than tailored down.

How we upgrade

Methodology is designed based on our experience on upgrade assignments having seen clients face numerous challenges. Commonly faced challenge being:losing many of their custom developed functionalities, as objects become unusable due to modification or deletion.Custom Objects may become redundant as the required functionality is implemented in a new way. Additional customizing and settings may be required for the same business processes to work post-upgrade. Authorizations need to be rationalized to get the maximum benefits out of the new release.
